New Canadian Casino Slots

If you’re a Canadian player looking for the freshest, most cutting-edge slots games on the internet, this is the page for you. With dozens of casino game software designers/producers introducing new slots into a market already hosting literally thousands of titles, often all but the very biggest releases are lost to even slots aficionados. This page is our small part in helping keep you up-to-date on what’s new in slots at Canadian casinos online.

How many new slots games are launched per month?

The answer here is widely variable for any number of reasons, but we know we can count on certain big-name casino software producers such as Microgaming, Playtech and BetSoft to release anywhere from 1-3 new slots every month. Mid-range casino game software creators tend to schedule game development on a quarterly basis, so one might see 2-3 games released by a mid-sized software company every three months or so. Smaller game companies tend to inject anywhere from one to 10 titles to the catalog every six or 12 months.

Finally, the calendar is thrown a bit by the establishment of startup software companies. Typically, such firms will open for business with a catalog of 25 or so games ready to go, making for the occasional banner month for new slots. Similarly, companies such as WMS and Aristocrat who have long been in “bricks-and-mortar casino” slot machine creation, may adapt and launch several old titles to the online format at any time. In total, then, we can probably figure on a minimum of 150 titles per year from the top 30 or so casino game developers.

Isn’t the “new slots” list the same as the “most popular slots” list?

Not at all, but you can be sure that quite a few from the list of new slots will crossover in the short term to the most popular slots list. For most seasoned slots players, the new games are always worth a few spins, and any big franchise-based title receives lots of promotional backup and advertising to entice those seeking something new.

With many slots titles, though, the initial thrill can prove to be quite ephemeral and very few new slots games stay top 10-level popular forever.

How often is this page of new slots games updated?

The Casino Canada new slots games page will be updated whenever possible, but at least once a month, something (or more likely some*things*) will be made available on this page. As stated above, the largest of the slot game software designers regularly produce slots games of all sorts, and naturally we’ll be turning this around to host on this page as quickly as they are dropped.
