21.com Casino

21.com Casino is relatively new to the online gaming world, but it doesn't show it. The site is clean and easy to use, offering minimal graphics in a simple white and pink interface. There are convenient menus for all the features, which we will discuss in this 21.com Casino review.

At 21.com Casino, Canadians can make deposits and withdrawals using several different payment methods. These include bank transfer, Visa and MasterCard, as well as ecoPayz, iDebit, Ibstadebit, and Interac.

Unfortunately, there are fees associated with the deposit payments, set at C$1, and these will have to be paid when the transaction occurs. There's a minimum deposit of C$25 required across all payment types and a maximum withdrawal of C$5,000, plus a C$3 fee for any withdrawal.

21.com Casino offers a pretty comprehensive mobile phone app. This is split into two different apps, one for the live casino and one for the regular online casino. Players only need one account for both of the apps, though, to access the games.

The site is also mobile browser compatible, so for players who don't want the hassle of an app download, it's still possible to access the games on the go. The mobile browser site works perfectly, containing all the same features as the desktop version.

One of the big draws for online gaming is the bonuses that are available to players. At 21.com Casino, there's a pretty impressive welcome bonus on offer, which is an end reward of C$1,000 in total, plus an impressive 1,000 free spins to play on the slot Vampires vs Wolves. This bonus is split across the first four deposits, so you will need to complete all of these at the maximum level if you want to claim the full bonus.

There's also a 1 Million Campaign Prize pool offering a free spin per day on the slot of the month. However, there are wagering requirements in place for all of these bonuses and these are set to 50x. You will also need to be a new customer for these bonuses to count.

For long-term players, there are several other bonuses too, including the promise of a rewarding experience no matter whether you win or lose, Drops and Wins promos, a Sunday boost, and more.

• First deposit: 100% match deposit up to C$100 (Code BON1)
• Second deposit: 25% match deposit up to C$500 (Code BON2)
• Third deposit: 50% match deposit up to C$300 (Code BON3)
• Fourth deposit: 100% up to C$100 plus 1,000 free spins (Code BON4)

21.com Casino has an excellent selection of casino games to offer to players. These games can be found in a very easy-to-use range of categories, which includes slots, video poker, table games, and live casino. Within each section, it's possible to choose games based on the provider as well as selecting them to be listed in A-Z.

The table games contain a lot of popular virtual games, including various blackjack and roulette options. Similarly, video poker has many options, though it could do with being fleshed out slightly. The live casino has all the main live games.

The bulk of the casino games are found in the slots section, however. Here, it's possible to whittle down the impressive number of games via a variety of additional filters. Not only can you choose a game based on the provider, but you can also find a game by theme and bonus feature, such as Megaways, Drops and Wins, or even a Feature Buy.

There's no separate section for jackpot games though, which is a bit disappointing, requiring players to type in and search for specific jackpots – of which there are not that many.

21.com Casino is fully licensed with the MGA and the Curacao, both of which have some of the toughest criteria for holding a license in the industry. This does mean that players can rest assured that they are in good hands. To keep these licenses, the casino must provide players with security across the board.

In line with this, the casino has SSL encryption protocols in place to prevent client data from being accessed by outside companies. Players are also required to go through the KYC process when making their first withdrawal request.

Despite being young, 21.com Casino has an impressive 30 different software providers on their site. These providers are the reason the game selection is so good, and also means that players can rest assured that their gaming experience will be a good one.

There are several top providers here and these include the likes of Microgaming, Betsoft, Play'n GO, and Quickspin. Some of the lesser-known providers include Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, and NoLimit City. The stellar live casino platform is operated by none other than live casino giants Evolution Gaming.

Quality support is a necessary part of any online casino and 21.com Casino does this aspect well. There's a 24/7 live chat option available, as well as an online contact form that can be filled out. Rounding off the support is an email address and a decent FAQ section, though the latter doesn't cover everything.

• Live chat: Yes, 24/7
• Email: [email protected]
• FAQ section: Yes

21.com Casino might be new, but it's already offering up a pretty great platform. The site is easy to use and accessible across a range of different platforms. There's a ton of great games on here too, with a variety of helpful filters to enable you to find the perfect game.

The welcome bonus and subsequent promos are also excellent, though the 50x wagering requirements are a little high. Where this casino falls is in the fees attached to some transactions. Other than this little bump, the site is a great platform for Canadian players.
