Mega Moolah

There’s one thing to be said – Mega Moolah is not just a slot with jackpots but it is a progressive network jackpot game which means that all players that play this game in all different casinos contribute to those jackpots. This, in turn, becomes the reason why the RTP rate is so low if we compare it to the RTP rates of most other slots. It had to be cut to 88.12% in order to be able to build a decent progressive jackpot potential instead of simply giving better return-to-player percentages. If we talk about volatility, it is medium in this game.

Mega Moolah is a safari-themed video slot machine with nice visuals. Although the graphics may not seem pretty modern which is obvious as this game was released in 2006 but they do seem pleasant and aesthetic. The vibe they give you is incomparable for sure. Here, you’ll notice that the reels are set in African nature with long grass and trees. Just like the background, the symbols are also safari-themed as they are shown as animal icons – you’ll see lions, zebras, buffalos, giraffes, and antelopes here. Sound effects also serve a better gaming experience. All we can say is that no matter that some may consider the graphics dated, we truly enjoy the way the safari theme is brought to life in Mega Moolah.

Free Spins

Free spins are triggered if 3, 4, or 5 Scatter symbols simultaneously appear on the same spin. Plus, when free spins come, they bring a 3x multiplier along that applies to all wins. If 3 or more Scatters land one more time, you receive additional 15 spins.

Of course, we want to be exact on this one. There’s a base game with which you can win pretty well but if you also make use of the free spin rounds and their multipliers, you’ll be able to enjoy 11,250x the bet as a result. However, this is not the end of the story – we were only talking about the winning potential with no additional perks. We mean the 4 progressive jackpots under “additional perks”.

Jackpots

As we have said, the game features 4 progressive jackpots, and Mini Jackpot is the one with the lowest value. What you need to know is that this one starts at C$10. Minor Jackpot is the second stage and it starts at C$100. It is already more attractive compared to the previous one, right?

Although, there’s more to be attracted to. The third stage of the campaign is the Major Jackpot. This one starts at C$10,000 and goes right before the main prize of the game.

Finally, the main prize! Here’s the Mega Jackpot which is called Mega for a reason for sure. Starting at C$1 million, this is considered the coolest feature of the Mega Moolah slot.

Mega Moolah is a 5x3 slot machine themed in the African safari style. Even though it is a relatively old game and the graphics are different from what modern slot products look like, it has its own charm and incomparable atmosphere. Besides, who wants to talk about it when there are more great things going on? You’ll be pleased with the four progressive jackpots, 30 free spins, and multipliers. You may not like the RTP rate value but it seems like a small con when we take a closer look at all the available perks of Mega Moolah.
