Casino Lab

Casino lab is a brand new online casino that's open to Canadian players. It has a fun, quirky science with a hint of alchemy theme. There's lots of talk of elixirs and potions turning your chips to cash especially through the range of Casino Lab bonuses on offer. More on those below.

The colours are a nice non-garish gold with turquoise blue highlights and lots of science symbols and gadgets creating a working lab feel. The interface is easily navigable and players can get to the same information through several routes.

Currently, Casino Lab has limited options for both deposits and withdrawals. Fortunately, these include various secure methods that are popular in Canada. They are Interac e-transfer, Interac online, as well as various Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard options.

The minimum deposit amount is C$10 for all methods but Visa Electron, which is C$15, and the maximum in any one transaction ranges from C$2,500 to C$5,000. Withdrawals must be at least C$10 for all methods and attract a 2% withdrawal fee. Other options are likely to be added soon.

Most online casinos these days are available to play via desktop and on the go, and CasinoLab is no exception. For this Casino Lab review we found that while there is no dedicated app, the site is easily accessible through your mobile browser.

The casino platform is fully compatible with a range of operating systems including Android, iOS, and Windows, so whether you use your cell phone or a tablet there is no loss of functionality. It's also fully mobile-optimized so will adjust easily to your screen size. Simply make sure you have a strong WiFi connection and get playing.

Casino Lab offers players a wealth of promotions. To start, there's a generous Welcome Infusion bonus combining a match deposit with free spins that spans the first four deposits made. This is valid for the main casino, but the Live Casino has its sign-up offer.

Although there doesn't seem to be any loyalty reward program, regular players are not forgotten. There are two main offers to take advantage of. First, there's a monthly 25% match deposit bonus up to C$100 that can be claimed by any player anytime during the month.

Then there's the fun weekly Ingredient bonus, which sees regular players eligible for a 25% match deposit bonus up to C$100 plus 10 free spins valid on the ever-popular Starburst, Gonzo's Quest, and Jumanji. Terms and conditions apply to this Ingredient bonus in terms of the number and value of previous deposits, so players are advised to check their eligibility before attempting to claim. All bonuses need a minimum deposit of C$10 to claim.

• Welcome package of up to C$1,500 plus 300 free spins over first 4 deposits
• Live casino welcome offer of 100% match up to C$100
• Monthly reload bonus

As you'd expect, the games laboratory at Casino Lab is packed full with a range of games. The majority are, of course, slots, but there's a small selection of table games including several blackjack and roulette variants. There's also a small selection of baccarat and video poker games, as well as several specialty games such as Monopoly, DreamCatcher, Deal or No Deal, and Mega Ball.

The whole is rounded off by a Live Casino section powered by Evolution Gaming. You’ll be offered a much more extensive selection of table games including Live Blackjack and Live Roulette, along with a Live Football Studio game.

As we've mentioned, slots make up the vast majority of the games available at Casino Lab Casino. Currently, the games offered come from just a small number of providers, but they are some of the best in the business, so players can choose from an exciting array of themes and types. These range from classic 3-reel games like Wild Melon, to popular 5-reel video slots like Book of Dead and Starburst. Then there are the thrilling jackpot slots. This section contains everything from Red Tiger's recently released Wild O'clock, where you can win a jackpot of 2,000x the stake, all the way up to progressive jackpot games like Divine Fortune.

Casino Lab is owned and operated by Genesis Global Limited. This is a company that is highly experienced in the world of online gaming. It already runs several other successful sites in Europe and beyond. This particular casino is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, which is one of the top licensing jurisdictions in the world. This means that there are strict rules and regulations concerning data security and fair gaming. The casino must uphold these rules if it is to retain its license and continue to offer its services to Canadian players. The website is also encrypted ensuring personal data is kept safe from unwanted third parties.

For this Casino Lab review, we compared the desktop and the mobile version of the site and found that everything worked well. Occasionally, some of the home pages were a little slow to load, but the games played smoothly.

At present, the Canadian version of the site only offers games from 5 software providers, but these are some of the best in the business. They are NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger Gaming, and Play'n GO for the standard slots and casino games, and Evolution Gaming for the live casino games.

The homepage of Casino Labs offers players a dedicated Support button which takes them to an extensive FAQ section. The page also provides a Canadian telephone number and an email for contacting customer support. Disappointingly, there is no live chat option available on the home page. However, once players have registered and logged in to their account, they'll find a live chat service is offered.

• Telephone: 16474986560
• Email: [email protected]
• Live chat only available after registration
